What We Need:
Cundiff Heating & Air is seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service by diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in customers' homes. Since 1978, we've been known for providing top-quality residential HVAC solutions throughout Roanoke and its surrounding areas. The ideal candidate brings extensive HVAC expertise and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions
- Document work performed, including parts used and services completed
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in residential settings
- Dedication to providing homeowners with exceptional satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
- Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers
- Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid Driver's License (Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.)
