What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be trusted to deliver exceptional service while representing one of the most recognized brands in the industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and system installations
• Educate homeowners on recommended solutions
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
• Complete digital service documentation using ServiceTitan or similar software
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures
• Represent the One Hour brand with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring

We're looking for professionals who take pride in doing things the right way.

Successful technicians have:

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification (preferred/required based on location)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
