What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC systems
Troubleshoot issues and deliver real solutions
Work directly with homeowners (build trust, not just fix units)
Keep clean, accurate job records

What You Bring:

2+ years HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (not just parts swapping)
Comfortable in customers’ homes
Valid driver’s license & insurable
