Our Ocala, FL team is hiring a driven problem solver to become our new full-time HVAC Service Technician and provide expert-level service to residential customers throughout the area. Come work on a variety of projects that provide opportunities to learn more in the industry while making a direct positive difference for others.

We value your experience, and we're offering a salary of $70,000 - $120,000/year, based on your qualifications. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

YOUR ROLE:

You'll be responsible for performing safe, accurate, and compliant work while professionally representing the company and ensuring customers feel well taken care of. Following all company guidelines and safety standards, you'll travel to customers' homes, diagnose issues with their heating and air conditioning systems, and make timely repairs. You'll repair air conditioning units, heat pumps, indoor air quality equipment, and more, as well as perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. You'll communicate with homeowners, educate them on service/replacement options and proper equipment usage, and maintain digital job records. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of jobs and become a more capable HVAC Service Technician!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to run calls independently and effectively manage a service route
• Customer service mindset, a positive attitude, and professional communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

EPA certification is a bonus!
