Aire Serv of East Valley is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose residential comfort problems, communicate clear solutions, and deliver professional service from the first call through the completed repair. If you take pride in accurate troubleshooting, quality workmanship, and earning customer trust, we want to hear from you.

Your Role

·         Diagnose and repair residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems

·         Perform preventative maintenance and complete thorough system inspections

·         Present findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly and professionally

·         Complete service documentation accurately and collect payment when required

·         Use iPad to support efficient service and documentation 

·         Service Titan experience is a plus

·         Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized

·         Follow company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards

·         Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation

What You Bring

·         At least one year of HVAC service field experience

·         Strong working knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment

·         EPA Section 608 certification

·         Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record

·         Confident communication, and customer-service skills

·         Ability to work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions and to lift equipment and tools

·         Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and pride in quality work

Location: Mesa, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
