HVAC Service Technician

Maeser Master Services has been keeping homes comfortable and customers happy for over 45 years, serving our customers' HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs throughout the region. With a reputation for quality, trust, and top-tier service, we’re growing fast and looking for motivated HVAC Technicians to grow with us.

Role: Journeyman HVAC Technician

Pay: Hourly, up to $35/hour + spiffs for turnover, membership, and IAQ product sales.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Rotating on call weekends as overtime + on call daily spiff

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both light commercial and residential customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Offer helpful recommendations to improve efficiency, comfort, and reliability.
• Keep detailed service records and stay organized on the job.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards to ensure safe, high-quality work.
• Work closely with a supportive team that’s got your back.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Kentucky Journeyman’s HVAC License
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• 2 or more years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a drive to get the job done right.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The physical ability to work in a variety of settings (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge/use of industry standard software (I.E Service Titan, or other related systems)
