Summary: Support in the Leadership and Management of the Commercial HVAC organization to be recognized as the preferred contractor, fabricator, and service provider within our targeted markets and customer base while maintaining a positive, high-performing culture and building strong relationships with all stakeholders to safely achieve the lowest risk and most profitable results.Essential Functions including the following, but not limited to the below. Lead by Example:<ul><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: -0.25in;">         Responsible for the proper operations, repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning and heating systems</li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: -0.25in;">     Expereicne working with Boilers, Chillers, and Cooling Towers </li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: -0.25in;">         Thorough knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and installation techniques </li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify;
