The Work
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems.
- Explain findings and help homeowners understand repair, maintenance, and replacement options.
- Deliver honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and accurate service documentation.
Requirements
- Residential HVAC service and repair experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete service calls independently.
- EPA 608 Certification, minimum Type II.
- Strong customer communication, dependability, and safe work habits.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
