• Conduct building interior and exterior repairs, addressing issues with walls, flooring, roofing systems, lighting, and installed fixtures
• Study and become proficient with various equipment types and proper operational methods, including building automation systems and fire/life safety systems
• Execute assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, documenting conditions that impact client occupancy and operations
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure energy-efficient and safe operation while keeping detailed records of operating history and maintenance activities
• Respond to call-in work requests and perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations

Required qualifications:

• Universal CFC recovery certification

• Willingness to work in adverse environmental conditions including extreme temperatures
• Availability for on-call work and emergency response

Preferred qualifications:

• Multi-skilled capabilities across multiple craft disciplines beyond primary area of expertise
• Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong customer service skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and building occupants
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other trades
