As an HVAC Tune-Up Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system cleanings for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Inspect, clean, and adjust components such as condensers, blowers, coils, and filters.
Identify potential issues and communicate findings to customers and service managers.
Educate homeowners on system performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance tips.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.
Follow all company safety and service standards.

Qualifications
1+ years of HVAC experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
EPA Certification (Type I or II) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
