HVAC Warranty Technician

Are you an experienced HVAC tech who likes being the Fix-It person on the team? At On Time Experts, we’re seeking a Warranty HVAC Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our fast-growing, service-driven team.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform diagnostics and warranty repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Work with the service and install teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues from previous and current installations/repairs.
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
- Represent On Time Experts with professionalism and pride
What You Need:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotating weekends
