We are looking for a motivated Commercial Installer to join our team at R&R Heating & Air Conditioning. This position is designed for skilled professionals who are eager to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with project management to ensure timely project completion, champion strict safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service while driving our culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing R&R Heating's commitment to excellence.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Valid EPA Certification
  • Gas Mech 1
  • WA electrical and Idaho trainee card
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with a focus on commercial projects
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and safety
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
  • Ability to read job plans, blueprints, or layout drawings
  • Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan
  • Procore knowledge
