Lead HVAC Installer

WHAT THIS LEAD HVAC INSTALLER ROLE ENTAILS

The starting wage for this position is $25.00+ per hour regardless of experience. Candidates with extensive experience may begin with a trial period, which can vary based on available work. Once your value and skill set have been demonstrated, we will immediately discuss a renegotiated wage that reflects your contributions and expertise.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

You will install various HVAC systems, including forced air furnaces, central air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, water heaters, and boiler systems for residential projects. Your skills in sheet metal fabrication, brazing, and soldering will help ensure high-quality workmanship, from equipment replacements to complete installations in new homes. You'll troubleshoot installation issues, maintain system efficiency, and support customer satisfaction. During slower periods, you'll assist with parts replacement, service work, and shop maintenance while collaborating with a professional, versatile team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in the knowledge and skills required to install a variety of HVAC systems
• Experience with installations of varying scope, from simple equipment add-ons and swaps to full-scale HVAC installations for new house builds
• Ability to work in diverse settings and scenarios, adapting to different equipment requirements and project specifications
