What We're Looking For
- Strong experience installing residential HVAC systems.
- Ability to lead installations independently.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and applicable codes.
- HVAC diagnostic and repair experience is a plus, but we're willing to help a strong installer develop those skills.
- Willingness to perform installation, maintenance, and service work as needed.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Dependability, professionalism, and pride in your workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
