Our Lead Installers are paid on a task pay/piece rate structure with strong earning potential based on experience, production, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and components
- Oversee installation quality and jobsite efficiency
- Train and mentor install assistants
- Ensure work meets code and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years HVAC install experience
- Lead experience preferred
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license
