- Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards
- Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs
- Properly connect equipment and verify system performance
- Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience
- Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of Lead Residential HVAC installation experience (Required)
- EPA Certification
- HVAC degree or equivalent training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- A professional attitude and pride in your work
