About the Role
Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) is hiring a Lead HVAC Service Technician (Boiler Experience) to join our team based in Gypsum, CO. You'll work on high-quality residential and light-commercial projects in a mountain-community market that values craftsmanship and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on boilers
- Lead and mentor other service technicians on complex calls
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience with hands-on boiler experience required
- Strong diagnostic and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
The pay for this position is $35-$45/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
