What You'll Do

  • Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps
  • Follow installation specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
  • Test and verify system performance, efficiency, and safety
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions regarding their systems
  • Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Lead installer with Minimum 3 year of residential HVAC installation experience
  • NH Gas License preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration principles
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
