Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and repair practices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex service issues
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
  • Work may be performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year

 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
  • Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job sites
  • Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and customer information
  • Support and mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
