Job Name: Commercial Estimator
Reports To: General Manager
Expectations for the role: To provide bids to our clients.
Job Duties:
- Continue to build relationships with our current clients and seek opportunities to build relationships with new clients.
- Provide bids on plan and spec projects.
- Provide design build budgets and bids.
- Work with engineers throughout the design process.
- Request quotes from our vendors.
- Attend pre bid job site walk throughs.
- Attend turn-over meetings prepared to discuss the project in depth.
- Maintain a award percentage of 12%.
