Multi-Trade Service Manager – HVAC Focus

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning | Mister Sparky Electric | Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Lead the Team. Solve the Tough Problems. Build Something Great.

We're looking for an experienced residential HVAC professional to lead our Service Team across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.

HVAC experience is required. HVAC will be the primary technical focus of this role, but you'll provide leadership and support across all three trades.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing technicians, solving challenging field issues, and improving service performance.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing technicians.
Conduct technician meetings, ride-alongs, and field training.
Evaluate and develop new technicians.
Provide technical support for challenging HVAC diagnostics and equipment issues.
Monitor technician performance, callbacks, and key service metrics.
Perform quality-control inspections and help improve service quality.
Support onboarding and ongoing technical training.
Partner with the General Manager and team leads to improve operations.
Provide after-hours technical support when needed.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair knowledge.
Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
Working knowledge of residential Electrical and Plumbing.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ideal candidates: Senior HVAC Technicians, Lead Technicians, Field Supervisors, HVAC Service Managers, or experienced HVAC professionals ready to step into leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
