We are a busy Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration company looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our office team.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position: Full-Time

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the HVAC and/or commercial refrigeration industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and managing incoming phone calls
Communicating with technicians throughout the day
Ordering HVAC and refrigeration parts and equipment
Obtaining pricing and availability from vendors
Preparing quotes and estimates for customers
Coordinating service needs and following up on jobs
Handling multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
Maintaining accurate information and documentation
Providing professional customer service to customers, technicians, and vendors

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in HVAC and/or commercial refrigeration
Dependable and punctual
An excellent multitasker
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable communicating with technicians and vendors
Knowledgeable about HVAC/refrigeration parts and terminology
Able to work independently and solve problems
Professional on the phone and with customers
Able to handle a busy office without becoming overwhelmed

This is NOT an entry-level position. Prior HVAC or commercial refrigeration industry experience is required.

We are looking for someone who understands the industry, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can keep up with the day-to-day demands of a busy commercial service company.
