Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a dual-trade Plumbing/HVAC technician in Midland-Odessa who wants more than just another job.
We are already in Lubbock and San Antonio, and Midland-Odessa is our next market. We already have customers and commercial work in the area. Now we need the right person to help us build it.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is ambitious and wants to get in on the ground floor of a growing market.
Run Your Truck Like Your Own Business
You’ll have a company truck and the ability to operate it almost like your own small business.
We handle the hard stuff:
- Marketing and bringing in customers
- Phones and scheduling
- Billing and collections
- Software and administrative work
- Purchasing and support
- Training and company systems
You focus on:
- Taking care of customers
- Diagnosing problems
- Selling the right solutions
- Doing quality plumbing and HVAC work
- Growing the Midland-Odessa market
The more revenue your truck produces, the more opportunity you have to make.
This Could Be a Great Fit If:
- You are a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or experienced in both trades.
- You are a self-starter and don’t need somebody standing over you all day.
- You have thought about starting your own company or already do some work for yourself.
- You like the idea of running your own operation but don’t want to deal with marketing, office staff, billing, collections, and all the other headaches that come with owning a business.
- You want an opportunity to grow into leadership as we build the Midland-Odessa operation.
Why Leaky’s?
We already have the company, customers, systems, office staff, training, and support in place.
You bring the skill, work ethic, and ambition.
There is real opportunity here for money, responsibility, and leadership as this market grows.
If you want to just clock in and clock out, this probably isn’t the position for you.
If you want to build something, make good money, and have a chance to help lead a new market from the ground floor, we want to talk to you.
Midland-Odessa customers are already waiting.
