Technician Incentives: up to $500/month; quarterly shop productivity bonus up to $1,000; boot & safety glasses allowance up to $100 for each/year Career advancement opportunities 🚛 What You'll Do As a Reefer Technician, you'll diagnose, service, and repair equipment used to keep refrigerated transportation operating safely and efficiently. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Thermo King transport refrigeration units. Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on refrigeration systems. Identify electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues. Service and repair APUs and diesel-powered heaters. Diagnose and repair truck cab A/C and HVAC systems. Complete repairs safely and accurately while maintaining service documentation. Participate in an on-call rotation after training and perform road service calls. Use OEM diagnostic software, test equipment, shop tools, hoists, and other service equipment Complete repairs within standard repair times while maintaining quality and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service environment ✅ What We're Looking For Previous experience servicing or diagnosing transport refrigeration systems. Experience with Thermo King equipment is preferred; comparable reefer experience is welcome. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with diesel engines is a plus. High school diploma/GED or equivalent technical experience Valid driver's license Ability to obtain and maintain required technician tools/toolbox Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, dependable, and safety-focused Driven to continue developing technical skills and certifications Willingness to work overtime when needed 🌟 Ready to put your refrigeration experience to work?
