Description:

St Mary Medical Center is looking for a Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.
Job Title:  Refrigeration Mechanic

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Shift: Day Shift
Location: St Mary Medical Center

1.) Inspects and operates refrigeration equipment, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc., for

proper functioning.

2. Maintains and repairs refrigeration equipment; fan motors, electrical connections,

thermostats gauges, pressure cutouts, etc.

3. Installs new refrigeration equipment and air conditioning equipment. Mounts

compressor and condenser units, connects tubing, solders joints, etc.

4. Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions in refrigeration equipment.

5. Performs maintenance on all ice machines and water coolers.

6. Assists other crafts when required.

7. Assists in snow removal and salt spreading, as required.

8. Follows departmental Policies and Procedures when performing all duties.

9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director.

10. Operations M.C. DDC equipment, computers, software programming, etc…
