We’re hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join a well-established and growing team serving homeowners throughout Central Ohio.

You’ll handle residential HVAC replacements and installations, including equipment setup, ductwork, system startup, testing, and final customer walkthroughs. What You’ll Do

  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, IAQ products, and related residential HVAC equipment.

  • Complete replacement, retrofit, and new installation projects according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.

  • Measure, fabricate, modify, and install ductwork, fittings, and insulation.

  • Perform system charging, startup, testing, and final performance checks.

  • Troubleshoot installation issues and complete minor repairs when needed.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment specifications, and installation instructions.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

  • Protect customers’ homes and property throughout each installation.

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work.

  • Complete job documentation accurately using a tablet or computer.

  • Work independently or as part of an installation team.

  • Assist with occasional overtime or weekend work based on customer demand.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including replacement and retrofit work.

  • Current EPA Section 608 Certification; Type II or Universal preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices and safety procedures.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals.

  • Experience using HVAC hand tools, power tools, gauges, recovery equipment, and basic diagnostic tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

  • Professional communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable using tablets and digital job-management systems.

  • HVAC trade school or apprenticeship training preferred.
