Are you an experienced Residential HVAC Installer with an active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 license who is ready for more responsibility, better earning potential, and a real path to leadership?

We are growing our residential HVAC operation in the Greater Hartford area and looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will handle residential system replacements and installations from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Install furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment
Complete residential HVAC system replacements
Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
Troubleshoot installation and performance issues
Ensure all work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Complete installation documentation accurately
Help reduce callbacks through quality workmanship and attention to detail
Support and mentor apprentices or junior installers as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC Journeyperson License
EPA Section 608 certification
Strong residential HVAC installation experience
Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, controls, and system startups
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional communication skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
