What You'll Do

As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, replacing, and commissioning residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
• Perform complete system replacements and retrofit installations
• Fabricate and modify ductwork and sheet metal components as needed
• Lead installation projects and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Verify proper system operation and complete final testing and startup procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Follow all company safety standards and installation best practices

Schedule: Full-time position with occasional rotating evenings or weekends as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading or assisting with complete HVAC system installations
• Sheet metal and duct fabrication experience
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Lead Installer experience
• HVAC certifications
• Advanced troubleshooting knowledge
• Experience with residential retrofit and replacement projects
