Clean, inspect, and maintain heating and cooling equipment. Identify potential system issues and maintenance needs. Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners. Complete service documentation and safety checklists. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills. 1+ years of HVAC experience preferred Experience with hand tools, maintenance, or mechanical repairs. Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Strong communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet. Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. Flexible availability, including weekends as needed.
