What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, straight-cool systems, and modern inverter equipment
- Perform electrical, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostics
- Identify root causes and recommend appropriate repair or system solutions
- Explain findings and available options clearly to homeowners
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Document service calls using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance
- Participate in ongoing technical training and development
- Work with the service and dispatch teams to provide an excellent customer experience
- Strong residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience
- Solid electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of airflow, static pressure, superheat, and subcooling
- Ability to interpret measurements and use them to make sound diagnostic decisions
- Experience with modern inverter and communicating HVAC systems is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve challenging problems
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- EPA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
