- Monday–Friday schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential boilers, including cast iron, combi, and steam boilers.
- Troubleshoot boiler controls, pumps, valves, circulators, and other components.
- Work safely in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments when necessary.
- Educate homeowners and provide detailed repair and replacement options.
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site.
- Complete invoices, documentation, and service records accurately and promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and company meetings.
What You Need:
- Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Experience servicing and troubleshooting cast iron, combi, and steam boilers.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- ServiceTitan experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying positions and environments.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- High integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing for customers.
