We're looking for an experiences, high-caliber full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician who shares our values, takes pride in expert troubleshooting and repairs, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that does things right.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$45/hour + commission (based on experience) and strong overtime opportunities
- Top techs earn $90,000–$130,000+ annually

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Overtime opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and more
- Work with advanced systems including variable speed equipment, zoning systems, tankless water heaters, boilers, humidifiers, ERVs, and geothermal systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systems
- Experience with both standard and advanced HVAC equipment
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Ability to commute to Parker, CO / South Metro Denver area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE certification
- Install experience
- Formal HVAC training or certifications
