Tom’s Mechanical is seeking an experienced Chiller, Boiler, and Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial chillers and/or boilers
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, pumps, and associated controls
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely on ladders, rooftops, and in mechanical rooms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing commercial chillers and boilers
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and hydronic systems
- Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician Registration or Certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, chillers, and boilers
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, hydronic, and control system issues
- Complete detailed service reports using mobile field software
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory
- Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices
- Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled
