What You’ll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems

  • Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly

  • Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Support sales and service team with estimating, scheduling, and coordinating projects

  • Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain boilers and domestic hot water systems

  • Responsible for servicing low, medium and high-pressure steam systems, DA Tanks, condensate return systems and exhaust systems

  • Some knowledge of variable frequency drives and associated controls is preferred

  • Utilize digital tools and software

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of servicing large commercial HVAC equipment

  • Must have EPA and TDLR

  • Proven diagnostic and repair skills

  • Strong communication and team leadership qualities

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Comfort with digital documentation tools and service software

  • A commitment to professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service
