Job Details: Job Location: Harts Tacoma Shop - TACOMA, WA 98409, Salary Range: $7,000.00 - $180,000.00 Commission/year, Harts Plumbers, Electricians & HVAC Technicians is looking for a dynamic Comfort Advisor to be the ultimate guide for our customers. This is a high-reward, commission-based role focused on turning complex heating and cooling needs into confident buying decisions using our proven service process. If you're driven by sales goals and delivering exceptional service, join us!   Your Mission (What You'll Do): Build and present accurate, multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts. Present proposals (in-person/Zoom), explain financing options, and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales close. Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with the Install, Dispatch, and Service teams. Meet and exceed ambitious KPIs (sales, revenue, close rate, etc.).   The Details: Position Type: Full-time, Commission-Based (High earning potential!) Schedule: shifts vary - generally 7AM – 5PM or until completion. Occasional weekends required.
