Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned HVAC/R maintenance with precision and professionalism
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC and electrical systems
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Perform service repairs and compressor changeouts on high-horsepower equipment
- Work safely and follow company and industry safety standards
- Deliver strong service and communication to clients
Experience with refrigeration or rack systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- OEM certifications are a plus
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical work in indoor and outdoor environments
