Position Summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
  • Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
  • Support community appearance and curb appeal
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

What We're Looking For

We are seeking reliable maintenance professionals with experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or general maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred, and candidates should enjoy solving problems while providing excellent resident service.
