R&R HVAC | Commission-Based Position
R&R HVAC is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team full-time! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, building customer relationships, and helping homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions for their needs.
This is a commission-based opportunity with excellent earning potential for someone who is driven, confident, and ready to grow with our company.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and develop customer relationships.
- Meet with homeowners to discuss their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate heating and cooling systems.
- Prepare and present quotes for HVAC installations, replacements, and upgrades.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities to grow the company's customer base and increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.

- Previous sales experience preferred; HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.
