General Job Description
This position is responsible for managing existing service accounts and relationships as well as business development to grow the client base and sell additional services.

Precision Control Systems, Inc. has been designing, installing, and servicing HVAC and building automation systems in South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana since 1980. We are based in Griffith Indiana (45 Minutes from Downtown Chicago).
Responsibilities
- Managing existing service accounts and clients.
- Take the lead and manage “warm-calls” to develop new business.
- Network to develop new accounts and relationships.
- Entertain and meet with clients regularly to maintain relationships and ensure they are satisfied.
- Address issues with projects and service accounts.
- Address and problem solve customer issues.
- Estimate, sell, set-up, and manage service accounts.
- Estimate, sell, and manage repairs and project work.
- Review service tickets and follow-up as necessary.
- Coordinate execution of work with Service Manager and Service Coordinator.
- Maintain relationships internally, with clients, and with vendors.
- Review projects and service accounts regularly.
- P/L responsibilities.
- Cross-sell and promote other company services.
- Markets served: Commercial, Manufacturing, K-12, Higher Ed, Government, Institutional, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Religious.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or relevant prior industry experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Accountable to work independently and take responsibility for sales, accounts, and projects.
- Professional at all times and able to work under pressure from clients, vendors, and internal coordination.
