HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR
Great with People ? Love To Win ! Lets Talk !
We're not looking for someone who just sells air conditioners. We're looking for someone who makes things happen.
Can you walk into a stranger's home and leave with a new friend?
Do you love the thrill of closing a deal, but believe the best salespeople never have to pressure anyone?
Are you competitive, confident, driven, and just a little allergic to losing?
If you're nodding your head, keep reading.
WHO WE ARE
We're a growing HVAC company with big ambitions, high standards, and a simple philosophy: Take care of people, do things the right way, and have some fun along the way.
We're building something special, and we need a Comfort Advisor who wants to be part of it.
No corporate nonsense. No high-pressure gimmicks. Just great people, great service, and an opportunity to build a seriously rewarding career.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet with homeowners and help them make smart decisions about their home's comfort.
Ask great questions, listen carefully, and uncover what really matters to each customer.
Present solutions that solve problems, not just equipment with a price tag.
Build trust, create relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Work closely with our service technicians and installation teams.
Follow up with customers, own your opportunities, and turn conversations into results.
Help us grow while building your own success along the way.
WHO WE WANT
We want a closer with a conscience.
Someone who knows how to sell without being pushy. Someone who understands that confidence is contagious, attitude matters, and customers buy from people they trust.
Our ideal candidate is:
Competitive: You love winning and hate leaving opportunities on the table.
Personable: You can connect with just about anyone.
Driven: You don't need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done.
Coachable: You're good, but you're always looking to get better.
Professional: You represent yourself and our company with pride.
Accountable: You own your results, good or bad.
Positive: You bring energy, enthusiasm, and solutions instead of excuses.
HVAC sales experience is a big plus. Residential in-home sales experience is valuable, too.
But here's the deal: We can teach HVAC. We can't teach someone to care, hustle, or have a great attitude.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Strong earning potential with performance-based incentives.
An opportunity to grow with an ambitious company.
Leadership that supports you, challenges you, and wants you to succeed.
A team that believes in doing right by the customer.
A culture where your ideas matter and your success gets noticed.
The chance to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.
HERE'S THE BOTTOM LINE
We're not interested in hiring someone who wants to sit around waiting for the phone to ring.
We want someone who gets excited about opportunity. Someone who takes pride in their craft. Someone who wants to be the best at what they do.
You don't have to be the loudest person in the room. You just have to be the person customers trust most.
If you're ready to sell something that actually improves people's lives, work with a team that has your back, and get rewarded for the results you produce, we want to meet you.
READY TO MAKE YOUR MOVE?
Send us your resume and tell us why you'd be a great addition to our team.
Come ready to work hard, have fun, and win.
Let's build something great together.
