Daily Tasks:

  • Daily startup procedures.
  • Running point-to-point checks (ensuring peripheral devices work with the controller).
  • System startup.
  • Functional testing (executing commissioning scripts).
  • Communication and coordination with the project manager.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years of HVAC Controls Experience
  • Experience with PLCs
  • Experience with BAS: Building Automation Systems
  • Familiar with blueprints
  • Computer savvy including Microsoft Excel
  • Must have commercial/industrial experience

 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Medesis
  • Experience with CCT: Controller Configuration Tools and SCT: System Configuration Tools
