Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of BAS/controls industry experience.
- Tridium AX/N4 certification.
- TCP/IP and MSTP networks; Modbus, LON and BACnet knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Program and configure custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries.
- Strong understanding of programming, startup, and commissioning.
- Perform preventative & predictive maintenance on BAS systems.
- Create controls databases from scratch.
- Familiar with BAS communication protocols, BACnet and Modbus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues within systems.
- Analyze and read schematics for BAS/BMS controls.
- Create BAS system graphics.
- Manage and oversee BAS/BMS via in-office computers.
- Repair and replace all parts associated to the BAS/BMS.
