We are seeking an experienced HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milford, CT. This role handles inbound customer calls, schedules and dispatches technicians, and helps ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting daily operations and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with HVAC service, maintenance, and installation needs
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize daily capacity
- Communicate appointment details, timing, and expectations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate customer and service records in CRM/service software
- Identify opportunities to promote maintenance plans and additional services
- Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve issues quickly
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
- HVAC, plumbing, or other home services experience required
- Experience scheduling and dispatching field technicians preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Comfortable promoting maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate
