HVAC Field Services Coordinator

Waterbury Heating & Cooling is growing—and we're looking for an HVAC Field Service Coordinator to help lead our team!

What You'll Do

The HVAC Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of HVAC service technicians in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that the company’s daily priorities are achieved.

• Assist with daily scheduling of HVAC service technicians
• Work directly with Service Manager to ensure proper job process adherence
• Conduct service job costing and maintain service price book
• Direct interaction with customers in need of service
• Assist in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule service jobs as necessary
• Review service reports to ensure proper billing and field procedures
• Provide excellent customer service
• Hands on experience with the technical aspects of the services offered
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
• Experience in training and developing
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of HVAC field experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Leadership experience helpful
