You should be comfortable working on a jobsite, working as part of a crew, and getting the job done right without needing to be babysat. • 1+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50-100 lbs while working 8-10 hour days
