What You'll Do:
- As our HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of HVAC Comfort Consultants while helping drive the growth and success of our residential sales operation.
- You’ll be responsible for people, performance, process, and profit—creating a sales culture where consultants have the training, tools, and support they need to succeed.
- You’ll coach your team, monitor KPIs, ride along on appointments, help close opportunities, solve customer escalations, and continuously look for ways to improve the sales process.
- Drive monthly revenue, close rates, average ticket, and overall sales performance
- Partner with installation, service, dispatch, operations, and leadership to ensure sold jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor job quality, callbacks, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and P&L performance
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to make an impact—not just manage from a desk.
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential sales or in-home sales experience in a trade industry
- Proven success leading, coaching, or developing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, products, and installation processes
- Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed sales goals
- Strong understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable coaching sales consultants in the field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with strong business judgment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
