experienced and ambitious HVAC Lead Installer to join our team of

Installers are responsible for leading residential HVAC installation
projects, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining jobsite standards, and
providing an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be expected to bring
strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail while

Primary
Responsibilities Include:
- Take ownership of HVAC installation projects and make sure each system is
set up correctly and performs as expected.
- Build a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, working
professionally, and treating each home with care.
- Work alongside newer installers, providing hands-on direction and helping
them develop their skills on the job.
- Identify installation or equipment concerns and take the appropriate
steps to get them resolved.
- Complete all work according to manufacturer requirements, safety
practices, and applicable building and electrical codes.
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Type II Certification
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Strong hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC installations
- Valid Driver’s License
