What You’ll Do
- Perform routine HVAC system maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and performance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and provide customers with recommended solutions
- Follow daily schedules, complete assigned work orders, and maintain detailed service records
- Educate customers on best practices for maintaining their HVAC systems
- Use ServiceTitan software to track maintenance work and document system conditions
- Maintain compliance with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
What You Bring
- Basic HVAC knowledge (required)
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
