What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and service calls on residential HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners through exceptional customer service.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle preferences.
• Educate customers on system performance, repair options, maintenance agreements, and financing solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual performance and revenue goals.
• Present yourself professionally to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service representatives and dispatch teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly stocked service vehicle.
• Participate in training programs, team meetings, company events, and professional development opportunities.
• Mentor and support apprentices and less experienced technicians.
• Complete all required paperwork, invoices, timesheets, and service documentation accurately and promptly.

What We're Looking For

• Experience servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
• Commitment to continued professional development, including NATE certification and ongoing training.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
