Help homeowners understand practical options for heating, cooling, and heat pump improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Discuss customer comfort concerns and coordinate suitable system recommendations.
- Prepare clear proposals with the technical team and explain project scope.
- Follow up on inquiries and proposals and keep records current.
- Coordinate the handoff from an approved proposal to installation.
Qualifications:
- Consultative sales experience or relevant HVAC knowledge.
- Ability to explain technical choices clearly without unnecessary pressure.
- Organized follow-up, communication, and customer-service skills.
